Can I choose which items I receive?

No — Aura Vault Co. is a mystery experience. Products are selected at random, making every scoop unique and full of surprises. 

How many items are included?

Mini scoops contain 5+ items. 
Luxury lucky scoops contain 10+ items.

Can I request specific colours or styles?

While specific items cannot be requested, you’ll be able to leave style preferences at checkout and we’ll do our best to consider them where possible.

What happens if I purchase multiple scoops?

Each scoop is scooped separately, so you'll receive a completely unique set of mystery items per scoop — more scoops, more surprises! We do our best to avoid duplicate items within the same order where possible. 

Do you ship Australia-Wide?

Yes! We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post with tracking included.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time — we currently ship within Australia only.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 2-5 business days of purchase. 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by region, but most orders arrive within 2-8 business days after dispatch. Once dispatched via Australia Post, you'll receive tracking details so you can follow your order.

Can I return or exchange mystery products?

Due to the mystery nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully! However, if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us right away and we’ll make it right. 

What kinds of items could I receive? 

Possible items include handbags, jewellery, watches, beauty accessories, self-care products, home fragrance items and more. Product selection varies based on current stock. 

Are the items worth more than the scoop price? 

We focus on creating a fun and luxurious mystery experience. Every scoop contains carefully selected items from our collection, but individual values vary and we do not guarantee a specific retail value.
