We currently ship Australia-Wide only. 

Processing Times 
All orders are hand packed and prepared with care. 
Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days. During launches, promotions, public holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. 
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been dispatched. 

Shipping Costs 
Shipping is included in the price of all Luxury Lucky Scoops unless otherwise stated. 

Delivery Timeframes 
Once dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on your location. 
Estimated delivery times are typically:
- Metro areas: 2-5 business days 
- Regional areas: 3-8 business days 
These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. 

Tracking Information 
All orders are shipped with tracking. Tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched. 

Delays 
While we do our best to ensure orders arrive promptly, Aura Vault Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, public holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control. 

Incorrect Shipping Information 
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. 
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. 
Aura Vault Co. is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. 

Lost or Damaged Parcels 
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photos or information. 
We will work with you and shipping carrier to investigate and find a suitable resolution.
