Due to the mystery nature of Aura Vault Co. products, all sales are final. 

Change of Mind 
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, unwanted items, duplicate items, colours, styles or personal preferences. 
By purchasing a Luxury Lucky Scoop, you acknowledge that product selections are random and specific items cannot be requested. 

Damaged or Faulty Items 
If your order arrives with an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. 
Please include:
- Your order number 
- A description of the issue 
- Clear photographs of the damaged item 
Each case will be assessed individually. 

Missing Items 
If you believe an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. 
As all orders are recorded during the packing process, we may review packaging footage when investigating missing item claims. 

Incorrect Orders 
If you receive the wrong order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
