Aura Vault Co. currently ships Australia-Wide only. 
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. 

Processing Times 
All orders are hand packed in South Australia. 
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and packed before dispatch. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. 

Shipping Method 
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. 
Shipping is included in the purchase price of your Luxury Lucky Scoop. 

Delivery Times 
Delivery times vary depending on your location and Australia Post processing times. 
Once your order has been dispatched, Aura Vault Co. is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, weather events, public holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control. 

Tracking 
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. 

Incorrect Addresses 
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. 
Aura Vault Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. 

Lost or Damaged Parcels
